为了能赶上这学期的课程，不得不从泰国中转（隔离）14天，再飞澳洲。
In order not to gap this semester's courses, I had to transfer from (actually isolate) Thailand for 14 days, and then fly to Australia.


到了泰国也没去什么景点玩，除了最有名的大皇宫。
I didn't visit any scenic spots except the most famous Grand Palace after I arrived at here.


大皇宫坐落于湄南河东岸，是曼谷乃至泰国的地标。
The Grand Palace locating on the East Bank of the Mekong River is a landmark of Bangkok and even Thailand.


始建于1782年，经历代国王的不断修缮扩建，至今仍然金碧辉煌。
It is founded in 1782 and now still resplendent and marvelous after the continued renovation and expansion of those kings of Thailand.


这里汇聚了泰国建筑、绘画、雕刻和装潢艺术的精粹。
The quintessence of Thai architecture, painting, sculpture and decorative art are gathered together here.


节基王朝从一世到八世都住在此地，当时这里也是政府机构的办公之处，如今的九世皇即位后搬至新王宫居住。
Those kings of the first to the eighth jieji Dynasty lived here and it was the office of the government at that time. 
Now the ninth emperor resides in a new palace after succeeding to the throne.


曼谷这座城市的形状就像一片芭蕉叶，南北长东西窄。
The shape of Bangkok is like a banana leaf, which is long in the South and narrow in the East and West.


湄南河像一条长长的蓝色飘带，从北向南，蜿蜒曲折的穿城而过，画出很多漂亮的S型。
The Mekong River that likes a long blue ribbon meander through the city from north to south, drawing many beautiful s-shapes.
